Mug Library were there to lift the vibe!
Riversounds 2025 was a wonderful collaboration between the event organisers; two outdoor vendors Roadshow Coffee and Benilato; and Mug Library.
Generous local volunteers – our mug librarians – happily collected and cleaned mugs whilst local filmmaker ryanjasper captured the Mug Library team in action. The coffee vendors increased their takings because they didn’t have to purchase any single-use cups for the event.
It was an excellent result: 157 mugs through the dishwasher = 157 single-use cups saved from landfill.

River Sounds is an annual festival in Bellingen. Vibrant and family-friendly the local crew bring together an exceptional mix of arts, culture and of course a cracking lineup of artists performing across 3 stages.
